If you are one of those people with big dreams and set big goals every New Year but struggle following through with your goals and at some point during the following months you may be tempted to stop trying, get caught up with life routine and settle with what you have or say something like “Maybe this is it” or “Who was I kidding? I can’t achieve that”, I have 2 secrets for you:
You don’t need to wait until the end of the year to set goals again, you should actually do it weekly!
If you’re having this problem, what might be getting in the way to achieving your goals is not that the goal is too big or unachievable, it’s HOW you set that goal.
